Still receiving some emails in the old email address
We have changed our email address everywhere that we know on the system, successfully, years ago...
We kept the old email address and sometimes receive emails on the old address as well. We have enquired about this to support however all we are getting back is links to articles, or the text from those articles showing basic stuff that anyone would know.
Can someone from Amazon assist us to
1 - find out which part of the system these emails are originating, so we can change it.
2 - or if an internal team needs to carry out this task then instruct them.
Because we just can't get our message accross and keep getting the same response from different support representatives.

Seller Support keep sending solutions to questions we have never asked.
They have even suggested, and I am not joking, clearing browser cache......
