1 star feedback left with no proof
I have received a Negative review on a product we sell a lot of.
The problem is we have never had any good reviews on this item.
so now it is marked as very poor.
The customer did not contact us or ask for a refund or replacement.
I know the product was fine and packaged well when it left us.
They claim the product was dented and scratched
without proof or contacting us, how our they allowed to leave a 1 star review ?
which as we know is damaging to us as sellers

I received a 1star feedback and buyer stated she hadn’t read description properly and thought it was cm not inches, complained to Amazon that it was buyers fault, they wouldn’t remove. You can’t win!!!
