Self Fullfillment - EVRI
I use Evri for my self-fulling order and I’m starting to see a pattern with Evri that deliveries are 4 - 8 days behind schedule, proof of delivery is typically a picture of the warehouse and other parcels. I’m now at a stage where I’m starting to lose money as customers want to cancel their orders because they aren’t getting their orders on time and I can’t contact anyone from Evri to chase my delivery or simply find out where my orders are… Can anyone direct me on how I can contact Evri and talk to a human?

Welcome to the world of EVRI. When it goes well, it’s good; when it goes wrong, it’s truly awful. There have been multiple threads about this in the past, particularly about trying to contact a human being. I presume you’ve tried this number:

It doesn’t cost anything and you get a range of options available for shipping with different companies, the prices are competitive and at least you can speak directly to a human.

If you’re talking merchant fulfilled, look at other couriers, if you insist on Evri use Parcel2Go as you’re able to speak to someone & claims are easy as pie. Increase your delivery times to reflect better to customers. I was never able to speak to anyone at Evri.

I have opened an EVRI business account today and plan to begin shipping with them on Monday… I was hoping EVRI would be the answer to all of my Royal Mail problems. I suppose I will be able to tell in a couple of weeks what their service is like.
