Amazon do link the accounts by address and/or marriage so this type of linking is not abnormal.
To resolve this you need to find out why your Husband's account was deactivated and get that account reactivated. Then you can get your account reactivated.

Presumably because you both sell the same items?

this would be my guess. If you are both selling from the same address, but selling teh same or sometimes similar items, that’s enough of an issue

Hi @Seller_YWrBTuJFQIS8D,
I am Mary from Amazon, here to assist you.
With all the above information that you have posted I understand that you need help in getting your account’s reactivated. It seems like your account’s has been deactivated as the team has identified that your account’s are linked to another account. There can be multiple reasons for your account being linked to another account.
In this case I would recommend you to first try to have a deep dive research from your end to identify how your account might have got linked.
If you believe that the deactivation has been made in error do submit any of the below documents:
-- Signed affidavit explaining who owns the other account and their relationship to you.
-- Specify what roles/access do they have or have had in the past to their Amazon account.
-- The affidavit should either be notarized, or signed in the presence of a lawyer, commissioner for oaths, justice of the peace or other legal professional registered on an applicable register of legal professionals that can be accessed online.
