Disappointment over Amazon account deactivation appeals

Hi everyone,

I wanted to share with you my recent experience with my Amazon account, as I encountered a frustrating situation that I think some of you may have also encountered.

My Amazon seller account was unexpectedly deactivated and I immediately took the necessary steps to file an appeal to have it reinstated. I am carefully following all of Amazon's guidelines, ensuring that my appeals are comprehensive and address any concerns raised by Amazon.

However, despite my best efforts, I have been getting a response although I was written to if I provide documents they will unlock within 48 hours . And as long as I do not write the answer is the same and check and more than a month . it is terrible . the documents are original translated into English and certified by a lawyer . no support I have never experienced such a terrible attitude . where to turn I do not understand the goods can not pick up because in my country there is no delivery because of the war .

However, despite my best efforts, I have been getting a response although I was written to if I provide documents they will unlock within 48 hours . And as long as I do not write the answer is the same and check and more than a month . it is terrible . the documents are original translated into English and certified by a lawyer . no support I have never experienced such a terrible attitude . where to turn I do not understand the goods can not pick up because in my country there is no delivery because of the war .

Find the suspension notice and POST THAT but remove all personal information first.

Anyone answering will need to see what wording they used and what they are asking for.

Is it a Section 3 violation for dropshipping, IP violations, RA, OR, you used a Virtual Assistant and they 'helped' you with paperwork and forged documents?

ALSO, post the appeal (if you submitted one) so we can see what you said. SOME appeals actually make things worse rather than better.

If you have opened any cases provide a number so any MOD that happens to drop by can look it over to see if they can help.

Without a case number in the posts it wastes time for everyone. They have to ask for it and then wait for a reply from the poster and then the poster has to wait again for the MOD to find the case, and then more waiting.…………....

There's no change yet. It's very important to me and it makes me happy. I have been trying for three months to solve this issue . there is a war in my country Ukraine because of this I did not receive the postcard . and I have done everything I can and wherever I can to apply and in time provided the original documents and translation measured by a lawyer . it is very important to me that everything was in order but I have had this situation and I do not know how to solve it ? and I also filed an appeal and provided the documents . but I do not know what to do and how I can continue to be with the situation because of the unsent letter to Ukraine.

As @Seller_kIukTwdhvntAp has said, please share the the notification you received when the account was deactivated here in the thread (with personal information removed). Additionally, I see you have posted in the forums before regarding an account deactivation and an address issue. Are these issue linked to what you are describing here in this new thread?

Based off what you have shared here, it seems as though you are needing to complete a verification of some kind. This could be from when the account was first created or due to a recent change within the account. Additionally, if you sell in the US marketplace, you may need to undergo verification for the Inform Act. These scenarios require different actions for the appeal path, therefore we would need some clarification here as well.

As a part of Amazon's identity document requirements, you will need to provide the original documents in a supported language. If the language used in the original documents is not one of our supported languages, a notarized copy (within a supported language) will then be needed along with the original documents. You can find our document requirement policy here.

Finally, the 48 hours mentioned in the reply you received is not a "hard" deadline. It is merely an estimation of how long the review will take. We do not guarantee a time frame for appeal investigations.

I have been trying for three months to solve this issue . there is a war in my country Ukraine because of this I did not receive the postcard . and I have done everything I can and wherever I can to apply and in time provided the original documents and translation measured by a lawyer . it is very important to me that everything was in order but I have had this situation and I do not know how to solve it ? and I also filed an appeal and provided the documents . but I do not know what to do and how I can continue to be with the situation because of the unsent letter to Ukraine.
