Can you help remove product review due to FBA shipping issue (did not receive package)?
We received a negative product review due to FBA shipping issue.
For more information about the order ID, please refer to the case ID: 15981828271
The customer complained that he/she did not receive the package.
Based on the review, the customer said that there's nothing in the mailbox.
We've tried to click on "Report" and selected "off topic", but nothing updated so far.
Since this order was fulfilled by Amazon, and it is apparently a shipping issue, we thought we could request to remove review.
We also sent email to 'community-help' but did not see any changes on the front platform (we know we will not receive reply).

With that being said, reviews can only be removed if they are violating our Community Guidelines. Please note that due to privacy reasons, we will not likely receive a response to this request, actions will be taken if applicable.
