Inactive UK and Europe account

Hi, I am so frustrated with Amazon Seller support. I want to start using my seller account again after 6 years but it is not active for any European country. US and Japan is fine. How do I get my account active again since is good health?

So far I get different answers from support but it is clear my account is not active in Europe where I live.
