USDA Organic - My listings got removed for the 3rd time with NO mention of organic anywhere!
Hi all,
I’m posting to seek advice and help from real Amazon representatives as I am now dealing with the USDA Organic labeling and compliance process even though I am following all of the rules/policies.
This is now the third time I’m dealing with the same issue regarding my product ASINs and its supposed violation of organic labeling regulations. In the past, Amazon has relisted my products after full review via case ID: 16864084021. I’ve even had a USDA representative personally review my product labels, packaging, and product detail pages to ensure everything complies with regulations. I included a certified letter in all of my case IDs.
For this latest round of cases, I’ve attached:
• A certified letter explaining my compliance from my USDA representative that reviewed my detail pages & product packaging.
• Live product photos showing the actual label and packaging.
• Clear evidence that there is no mention of “organic” on any of my product detail pages or marketing materials.
Despite all this, I keep receiving the same generic, copy-and-paste response from the USDA compliance team stating that I need to provide organic certification. But my product does not claim to be organic, and according to USDA & Amazon guidelines, certification is not required if I am not marketing or labeling the product as organic — which I am not.
