Assistance Needed to Delete Automatically Uploaded Redundant Product Video
One video in my listing was uploaded automatically and includes product images with background music. I did not upload this video. I have already uploaded a video that provides the necessary information about the product features and applications. Therefore, this new video, which only includes images and background music is redundant and adds no value. I cannot delete this video because I cannot locate it. I need help deleting this video.
I contacted seller support regarding the same but they are not understanding that this video has been auto uploaded by amazon itself. I got a scripted copy pasted reply back from amazon seller support stating " we do not allow to remove others' video anyone unless they directly violate Community Guidelines"
