No Response from community-help@amazon.com | Review Removal Request
Has anyone ever received a response from community-help@amazon.com? I have sent over 50 emails to this account outlining reviews that violate community guidelines, clearly referencing the specific amazon guidelines that are being broken. Despite my efforts, I have never had a review removed or received any response. In the past couple of months, I have encountered several reviews that clearly violate Amazon's Terms of Service and Community guidelines. I am not picky about negative feedback; all feedback is valuable and allows us to improve our product continuously. However, what is unacceptable are reviews that blatantly violate community guidelines, and make false statements about our products These reviews contain false statements about our products, such as claims that we have certain ingredients that we do not, or comments about how our product is more expensive compared to alternatives. I have attached the following reviews below that I have requested to be reviewed and removed.
1. https://www.amazon.com/review/R81NN5Y08V3RD/ref=cm_cr_srp_d_rdp_perm?ie=UTF8&ASIN=B0BYHQKHFV
States: "If this was eligible for a return I would. I will go back to my mainstay Ultima with 55 mg of sodium NOT 600 mg as this has! So sorry I purchased....."
Violation: Our product has and always is eligible for return. This is a false statement and violate Seller, order, or shipping feedback
We don't allow reviews or questions and answers that focus on:
Sellers and the Customer Service they provide
Ordering issues and returns
Shipping packaging
Product condition and damage

2. https://www.amazon.com/review/R1V1E9Q70GLLLO/ref=cm_cr_srp_d_rdp_perm?ie=UTF8&ASIN=B0BYHQKHFV
States: The delivery was delayed several days possibly a week. It tastes very similar to IV brand. It dissolved well in water .
Violation: Our products are all FBA fufflied; shipping delay is out of our control. This is a false statement and violate Seller, order, or shipping feedback
We don't allow reviews or questions and answers that focus on:
Sellers and the Customer Service they provide
Ordering issues and returns
Shipping packaging
Product condition and damage
3. https://www.amazon.com/review/R24GU5NDGZSM6F/ref=cm_cr_srp_d_rdp_perm?ie=UTF8&ASIN=B0BYHQKHFV
States: This powder is impossible to stir into water! I do not recommend. And it's unreturnable, also pricey.
Violation: Our product has and always is eligible for return, it also references pricing. This is a false statement and violate two separate rules in Seller, order, or shipping feedback
We don't allow reviews or questions and answers that focus on:

Comments about pricing or availability
If it's related to the value of the product, it's OK to comment on price. For example, For only $29, this blender is really great.
Pricing comments related to an individual experience aren't allowed. For example, Found this item here for $5 less than at my local store.
These comments aren't allowed because they aren't relevant to all customers.
Some comments about availability are OK. For example, I wish this book was also available in paperback.
4. https://www.amazon.com/review/R285IMDRTXFCZZ/ref=cm_cr_srp_d_rdp_perm?ie=UTF8&ASIN=B0BYHQKHFV
States: Disgusting taste. Very thick consistency, and 400 g sodium!
Violation: Our product dosent have 400g of sodium, we have 600 mg, This is completely false and fabricated. 400g can be a lethal amount of sodium.
5. https://www.amazon.com/review/R33CQK4MAH0XT/ref=cm_cr_srp_d_rdp_perm?ie=UTF8&ASIN=B0BYHQKHFV
States: However, I was surprised to notice that the recommended age range was listed twice as 20-50 years—not something I've ever encountered in a sports drink before and I'm not sure why it there. Unfortunately, I will be tossing the remainder of this product and sticking with brands I recognize.
Violation: This is misleading and fabricated. Nowhere on our packaging, product, or listing does it state the following.
6. https://www.amazon.com/review/R3EHVX7K198EVJ/ref=cm_cr_srp_d_rdp_perm?ie=UTF8&ASIN=B0BYHQKHFV

Violation: This talks about pricing and violates Seller, order, or shipping feedback

Amazon will not remove reviews, whatever you try to proove. Supplements are the most competitive market on Amazon and it's possible that these reviews were organized by small competitors. If so, the AI will find it out and suspend their seller account, but this can take years....
Don't loose your time, there is really nothing to do about that.
