My account is now 2-3 years old and I've always been able to make withdrawals at least very few days. However since my last payout on 26/08/2025 (today is 08/09/2025), each day my balance has either been £0 or negative (like today, at -£46.92).
All of my proceeds are now sitting in deferred transactions, which I've never noticed before.
I've opened cases with Seller Support, but I just keep getting generic responses telling me what deferred transactions are. I know what deferred transactions are!!!
What I don't know is why all of a sudden I have no sales proceeds available for withdrawal? I understand that recent sales (orders in last 14 days) might not being available yet, but what about historical sales (14+ days old) - where has my balance for these sales gone?
Worth mentioning, is that my Sales have increased in the last 2-3 weeks, and in line with that so has my ad spend. My products are slightly seasonal between September - December, hence the increases.
So I don't know if this sales and ad spend uptick has anything to do with this change to my balance? Is there potentially some sort of lag or delay? For example Amazon is charging my ad spend in real time (which is higher than usual), whereas the sales attributed to that ad spend are yet to be released.
If the ad spend isn't the answer, then I'm not sure what else it could be? Because I'm making more sales and profit in real time, but my available money in Amazon is down (in fact, it's zero or worse). Which makes no sense at all.
Any support, advice or feedback on similar experiences is welcomed! My cash flow is now completely out of sorts and I'm currently unable to place a much need Christmas order.
1. I just want to know where my money is and what may be causing the low/negative balance?
2. It'd be good to know when this is likely to sort itself out. When am I going to start getting the correct balance in my account, based on my sales/profit?
3. Is there any action I can take to rectify this?
