I'm sure I have seen posts before about being unable to pay off small amounts - think someone once mentioned that £10 was the minimum - absolutely crazy - if Amazon cannot wipe off 3p, they make enough out of us as it is. :(
Have you tried SS, or maybe tag in forum mods who may be able to advise ? I'm guessing you want to close your account, but they're saying you can't until balance paid off ?
