Seller fraud
needing some help. I have a personal account ordering £5/600 worth of units and then claiming a refund. The units are never returned. This person also has a seller account to the same address and is selling the same items they are stealing from me. This has occurred with every order they have placed, costing me over £1500. I need help asap to get this blatant fraud investigated and stopped. Also is there any way for me to get this money back ? Thanks

Is this FBM or FBA? How are they claiming the refund?

I'll be blunt. This person needs to be brought to account, even locked up. Report to Action fraud and police, then LBA and court.

You may consider issuing a Cease & Desist letter as you know the individual's address.
This will set out the grounds on which you are asking for the buying activity to stop but should not specifically make firm allegations.
The individual has no legal requirement to stop but it alerts them that you are aware of the pattern of sales and refunds and contemporaneous sale by them of the same item.
Mention your intension to file a Police Action Fraud report to generate an associated Crime Reference Number.
Consider this as part the process of laying the groundwork should you elect to try and recover monies via the County Court for which, as has been mentioned, a Letter Before Action will be needed prior to issuing proceedings

This is really bad. Have you reported to Amazon and what action if any are they taking? Is it ever possible with Amazon to block a named person/ card from making a purchase when such matters are proven? I agree with the other comments regarding reporting to relevant authorities. I hope you get this matter resolved swiftly. All the best.

Amazon's system is clearly broken if one person can place so many orders and continue to claim a refund.
Report to the police, and as you have the name and address, then you can take them to small claims. That's against Amazon's rules to take action against a customer, though. You could always take Amazon to small claims instead.

report to police, open a small claims court claim, charge all fees possible. time and costs
