Amazon Germany account deactivated - no response or action from Seller Support

My Germany account was deactivated on April 6th, apparently because it needed a valid VAT number. However, both our VAT numbers for Germany and The Netherlands have been added and validated by Amazon. We logged numerous support cases (11011151542, 11038388202, 11013606852, 11013606852, 11013137112) and spoke to 2 different support agents, each time we were promised our case was sent for 'internal review', yet absolutely nothing has happened and there has been zero follow up or response from anyone at Amazon Support.

We are missing out on important sales (€3000+) as Germany is our key market and there is no end in sight.

Where is Amazon support? Who can assist getting our account back up?

I see that in your latest post update that you had your account reactivated. Although I am not allowed to reply on that post. Therefor I am writing here.

It sound like your issue relates to mine and I am stuck and beens so for over a month.

I've tried to email both emails apuk-seller-verification-enquiry(at)amazon.co.uk and de-vat-number-appeals(at)amazon.de and attached documents to verify my account information, with no luck and just an answer of dismiss from the apuk... mail.

How did you get your account reinstated?

I really hope to receive any guidance that can solve my problem as all my FBA units are removed/lost and my funds and not be transfered to my bank account.

Amazon Health Support Team is no of any help I have no where else to seek help.
