Connecting a Seller Central Account to a Brand Registry Account

Hi, I am trying to help a Brand Owner connect their Seller Central Account to their Brand Registry Account so we can update listings.

I am getting different answers every time I reach out. I am a Brand Registered Agent and a Brand Representative for the Brand and we still haven't been able to get this resolved.

Could someone please guide us on how to do this so we can optimize the listings and put Brand content on them.

Go get your merchant ID and then go to the brand registry home page.

At the top

Click on manage -> Manage selling accounts

At the top right click on Connect Selling Accounts and enter your merchant ID.

However, I thought only the brand administrator could do this.

Thanks for your help. I will have them try that. They have been getting the run around about it. Opened a case and we still can't get it solved but I will send them this info and see if that works.

@Seller_NbYSGJ8Tehgbv is correct that only the brand Administrator can assign roles to other accounts.

I'd be happy to look into it.

In addition to my previous post, please also make sure you are assigning the correct roles and this is done through the administrator account.

Thank you for your response. Here is the case ID 15675060191. I have been assigned the Brand Representative and Brand Registered Agent thru the Administrator account by the Brand Owner. But we are having an issue linking the Seller Account to the Brand Registry account so we can update the listings.

Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated
