Units Missing from Removal Order

My account is deactivated as KYC problem,The Amazon KYC team did not give us the 60-day grace period to provide KYC documentation. They directly closed our account, and even withheld the balance in our account. We could only attempt to create removal orders to transfer the inventory to an overseas warehouse. However, while the account backend shows the inventory removal as completed, our overseas warehouse has not received any inventory. Amazon did not provide any delivery confirmation for the removed inventory, and the UPS tracking numbers provided always show the shipments as in transit. Since the store has been wrongfully closed, we cannot contact customer service to request delivery proof or make inquiries. We seek assistance as Amazon's actions have caused us to lose our account, funds, and inventory. Is there anyone who can help us?

Hi @Seller_VNg8ZeWJmc84C ,

This is Junno from Amazon to provide more support on your end.

Understand that you have concern about the account funds and inventory.

Please be informed that on a settlement date, our system confirms whether you have a positive or negative balance. If your balance is positive, we’ll initiate a payment to your bank for that amount. If your balance is negative, we will charge your credit card for that amount.

The unavailable balance is the amount of money reserved to ensure enough funds are available to fulfill any claims or charge backs.

Common reasons for an unavailable balance include:

  • Awaiting order delivery: This ensures you have enough funds to fulfill any claims or charge backs.
  • A-To-Z Guarantee Claims: We may reserve a claim amount until the claim resolves.
  • Performance Benchmarks: We may reserve an unavailable balance if your performance metrics fall below our benchmarks.
  • Tax Registration Status: Amazon may have a responsibility to withhold and pay income tax based on your sales and tax registration status.

The factors, data, and transactions we use to calculate the funds reserved from a specific settlement are part of Amazon's risk management systems. We do not publish data on or expose the rules by which we calculate reserves for a particular settlement. The amount that we have reserved will always appear in your unavailable balance, and we will always release reserved funds to you as soon as any risk arising from these orders has passed.

If you have any questions about your funds and inventory, you can seek help from relevant team through our help pages. Hope the above information is helpful to you.

Best regards

Junno
