Authenticity complaint still in progress
Hi,
I received a product authenticity complaint a few months ago, and have had appeals rejected due to insufficient documentation. Since then, I have been provided additional documentation from my supplier, which was supplied to Amazon on 30 May 2025. I have not heard back since, and would be grateful for an update regarding this submission. Additionally, if there are any further questions, please let me know.

The key requirement is that all invoices must be authentic and must show purchases made directly from authorized suppliers or dealers.
Please do ensure that you are reviewing the invoice requirement before submitting:
-- Invoices or receipts from your suppler issued in the last 365 days for the flagged ASIN(s)
-- Supplier information (name, phone number, address, website)
-- Buyer information (name, phone number, address, website)
-- Item quantities
-- You may remove pricing information, but the rest of the document must be visible. For ease of our review, you may highlight or circle the ASIN(s) under review.
--You can only send .pdf, .jpg, .png, or .gif files. These documents must be authentic and unaltered.
Important: All invoices and documents must be genuine and unmodified. We will conduct thorough verification to establish the supplier's authorized relationship with the brand, confirming that products are sourced from legitimate suppliers or authorized dealers.
You have been remarkably patient in this regard. We encourage you to wait for the investigation to be completed and would request you to keep a check on Performance notification.
