hi, my account was deactivated yesterday because of a product i sold 10 of in February 2024 (10 months ago). I had purchased these products from Stylevana (very well known for selling authentic Korean beauty products). My question is has anybody managed to reactivate their account by sending in proof of purchase from Stylevana?
Ps I no longer supply any Korean beauty products due to the high amount of counterfeits on the market

Sadly you may have a problem, if you search the forums for Stylevana you'll see others have had problems getting their proofs of purchase accepted as they don't provide proper invoices.

I’m in the exact same situation. Been appealing for 3 months now. Keep getting rejected. I’ve supplied so much evidence but Amazon just keep rejecting it. I honestly don’t see a way forward. So unfair.
