When you send the items out put a note inside asking the customer if they have time leave feedback plus review

I think what Blue-eyed Boy was referring to was the fact that if you ask for feedback you could end up getting negatives.
You can click on ‘contact buyer’ on the order page - you would need to use ‘other’ - but to be honest I am not sure if it is allowed.
