Anyone else having problems exporting orders into Hermes website?
Last 24 hours or so only partial details are being pulled across to Hermes when we import the orders from Amazon - no customers name or address but the postcode and item sold details are still being transferred in?
Been using this method for a year with no problems at all till yesterday. Tried unlinking and re-linking the accounts but same issue still there after that.

I’m having the same problem, it started yesterday (16th Oct) and today it still isn’t fixed. I tried to contact them via web chat but it was ‘closed’ all day! I’ve had to copy and paste names, addresses etc manually into each order on the Hermes website. Not a happy bunny!

This is still happening and is clearly an Amazon problem as Ebay orders are loading fine.

We are still not able to export orders from Amazon to Hermes - does anyone have a solution yet or found a work around - it takes a ridiculous amount of time to enter the orders manually! many thanks
