Waiting 6 weeks for a compliance review
I have had my two main products removed waiting for a review of compliance documents. I have called probably 7 times over the past three weeks, and I have open several cases. Each time I hear "I marked it as urgent, the team will review it in 2-3 days." I wait several days, then I never hear anything again. Something is broken in the system. What can I do? How do I escalate it to someone who can actually help me?
I have seen this asked before and someone from Amazon asks for a case number. Mine are:
