Where are my product reviews on Seller Central?

Hi, I was just wondering if there was anywhere on seller central where I can see reviews left for my products?. The ‘Feedback’ section seems to be only reviews left for my shop. I only find product reviews by ‘accident’ if I view the listings and one has appeared. Am I missing something staring me in the face?

Thanks for your reply Paper_Things1. I thought that might be the case. Amazon selling tools as intuitive as always. Cheers.

I suppose in theory they aren’t “your” products, and sometimes theres a lot of sellers selling the same item, you could get end up getting notifed of 100s of reviews you don’t care about.

I doubt they would put the time and effort into creating a system that links the review back to a customer, then to an order, then to a seller and pings our homepage with even more ugly boxes that most probably don’t care about. And if they were going to invest money into improving something I;d prefer it went to training Seller Support

Sorry, I should have mentioned that I sell in ‘Handmade’ so product reviews for us, as sellers of handmade products are a lot more important and/or personal than those for sellers who resell generic stuff from China, for example. But I see your point, Amazon, more than most selling platforms, make the point of saying it’s their marketplace/shop, not yours.

I wish they’d stop people being able to leave low star reviews without stating some reason why. I have some 1 star reviews for items I’ve never received a complaint about and have barely sold any of.

This is one of the drawbacks of Amazon creating the impression to buyers that are buying from ‘Amazon’ rather than a plethora of small businesses. Customers think they are leaving a one-star review to a multi-billion dollar faceless company, so don’t give it much thought.
