HELP PLEASE! Brand Registry Rejection not approved says we could not verify the registered business name and business identifier.
This is the 2nd time i have tried to submit my brand in Amazon's Brand Registry and keep getting the automated reply as follows:
"This decision was made since we could not verify the registered business name and business identifier (e.g. tax ID number or business ID number) provided by you at the time submitting the Brand Registry enrollment form. If the name of the business owning the trademark is incorrectly updated on the USPTO website, please make sure you update the business information correctly on the USPTO website first before submitting your new Brand application. Brand Registry sources the business name from the USPTO website and hence any incomplete or inaccurate information on the USPTO website associated with your trademark may negatively impact your application."
I have submitted every piece of documentation possible to show proof and evidence of ownership of my business, trademark and Tax ID.
My trademark has my personal information listed as the owner, along with my company which is a DBA of my LLC that has the Tax ID. Can someone from Amazon please help me out here? I have a lot of custom branded inventory that is supposed to be sold FBA.
My Case ID is: 15116864481
Pawa Hygiene is my company name and the name that my UPSTO serial number is tied to. Pawa Hygiene is a DBA of my LLC "Sultans Brisket LLC". I have the EIN for my LLC and the entity number of Pawa Hygiene for the state of Ohio. I have invoices from my suppliers, purchase agreements, NDA's and every other documentation to prove my brand is authentic. Please someone respond as I have invested a lot of time and money to be able to sell on Amazon.

Please help me fix my issue. My trademark "consists of standard characters, without claim to any particular font style, size, or color" per USPTO. I have spent so much time, energy and money on this and really want my brand registered on Amazon. I am begging for help here....

I've taken a look at the case you sent over and see a couple of things. First off, I am not a trademark attorney by any means. That being said, I notice that the trademark owner is in fact an LLC and that is also your DBA name. The DBA is typically within the trademark application to make this point distinct.
You also should attach any documentation you have showing the one name as the DBA name for your overall LLC as that piece is crucial for creating the connection between the two.

Thank you so much for the response! I actually attached all of the documentation to the case. It includes the LLC "Sultans Brisket LLC" and the Trade name "Pawa Hygiene" registration certificate as well. Moreover, i included the filing receipt which shows that Sultan's Brisket LLC as owner with a DBA as Pawa Hygiene. Am I still missing something? Can you double check my attachments on the open case IDs to verify you see it?

Hi @Jim_Amazon any updates on this one? All required docs are uploaded, showing the link between the LLC and DBA. I went a step further and obtained a certificate of good standing from the state department of Ohio which shows the filing of the DBA under the LLC. Moreover, i have even updated the USPTO application with an amendment to rectify that the DBA is in fact owned/operated by my LLC. Really hoping this resolves the matter - we are on a time crunch.

@Jim_Amazondo you suggest i just close out both case id's and resubmit? Would i have to wait before being able to resubmit? Looking for the quickest resolution to my case. Each day is critical. I have designers working around the clock developing A+ content and banners and this will really impact us negatively if we cant use those images, or place video ads, or sponsor ads either. We really need this to work. Sorry for all the messages, but this is critical for us. Hoping we can get another response from you sometime today.

I have uploaded all of the documentation showing the link between my LLC and DBA. I would really like to get the ball rolling on my application. As shared before, i have a lot of investment into this brand and my products. I am in a real tight spot if i cant get this approved. Really hoping for support here. I am still seeing the the Owner is still your DBA however there is no DBA section on the trademark application and the DBA is stated to be an LLC on the application. I'm attaching a picture of an example trademark that has a DBA.
I believe this mismatch is what is causing issues!

@Jim_Amazon Thanks for highlighting that. I could not get USPTO to update my application to include the LLC name so as a result i have gotten my Trade Name issued as a separate LLC entity with the State and IRS. I attached those documents to my cases so you will now be able to see the matching information.
Additionally, I have updated my Amazon purchasing account to reflect the new LLC and am in process of changing my Amazon Seller account business entity over as well. With all of this new information at hand, could you kindly request the review team to re-examine my application? Hoping i can finally get approved as all names and owner information should match :)
