Brand Registry Issue - Unable to Create Listings for Already Approved Brand
Hello, we are a Ford Dealership here in IL and offer genuine Ford Parts to our customers on the Amazon platform. We were approved to sell Ford branded items in May of 2022 and have had no issues selling up until this morning. When creating a new listing for an item, we are presented with a Brand Authorization required prompt. This led me to think that the brand registry expired. I then went to the Case page where it shows that we are still authorized to sell the Ford brand and we can create a listing using the Sell Products button on the right. When attempting to list another product using that method, we are still having the same issue and the Amazon site is running us in circles. We have opened a case with Amazon currently for this issue and after about 20 minutes on the phone, I was not helped and the person whom I spoke with added 0 helpful notes into my case. I had to submit the notes myself in the case for this issue to ensure something is shown. Is there maybe an Admin here that can be of some help to escalate this case to the right place to ensure we can continue offering more products on the Amazon platform?

I'm dealing with the same error with my brand. Everything was working fine last week. Seller/Brand support has not been helpful and keeps repeating irrelevant instructions.

Hello @Seller_KB1Nfq4EKIBT3,
My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and although you are actively working through the issue with Brand Registry support.
I reviewed and want to assure you that your selling accounts connection to the Ford Brand is still in tact. So you are correct in your assumption that may be some system issue. I encourage you to continue to work with Brand Registry support in uploading updates via a flat file and providing those batch numbers to them as they try to recreate the issue to ultimately find the root case and fix it so that you can continue to utilize the add product tool via Seller Central.
I se that you are quick and active in the case and want to thank you for your willingness to work with Support and your patience while they work to fix this for you.
Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
For anyone else that comes across this thread, I am providing the Manage selling roles and brand benefits help page. This provides a break down of what selling benefits are available to the 2 role's within Brand Registry.
Best, Dougal
