I have received the following email from seller verification teams, I need some advice on some questions:

Please kindly check the Performance Notification received on 19 January 2023.

At this stage, you do not need to provide any document. However, the Verification team is asking you to answer the below questions in order to review your request and start the process for you:
– The reason for changing the business registered on your selling on Amazon account.
– The relationship between your current business and the new business that you want to register.
– The name, including legal entity, of the new business that you want to register. Examples of legal entities include a sole proprietorship, a limited company, and a non-profit organization.
– Confirm if your current business will continue to exist.
– Confirm all the beneficial owners of your current business. A beneficial owner is a natural person who directly or indirectly owns more than 25% of the shares or voting rights in your business.
– Confirm the country of establishment of the new business.
– Confirm all the beneficial owners of the new business.

Ans: I like my business “limited company” to be registered as my business

I have become director of the limited company, so the new company will trade instead of “Sole trader” from now on
–> – Confirm if your current business will continue to exist.
The “Sole trader” would ceased and would trade a new limited company
