FBA Restock Shipment UK
Hello,
Anyone noticed it is taking very long for FBA shipments to be checked in to the warehouse.
I sent via UPS as recommended by Amazon and then Amazon asked for the parcel to be held at the UPS warehouse (found out they wait to fill a truck with parcels) for a week and now its been another week between them delivering it to the depot and now when its not been checked in.
I know they are busy as its coming up to christmas but is a bit annoying as a new FBA seller after selling FBM as my first shipment was done in a week end to end and sold quickly so restocked wanting to get the Christmas rush.
Anyone know if there is anyway to follow up or for future is sent via Royal Mail or other courier would this be held like UPS or do they just deliver

Unfortunately at this time of year, Amazon warehouses are extremely busy and getting items delivered into FBA does take time.
We are getting delays too with our shipments, one is currently "missing" and another is held at depot for future date.
You will be the in the same boat no matter which courier you use regarding delivery times but would highly recommend sticking with UPS as they are a partnered carrier.
The only suggestion I have to is try to and be patient but thats easier said than done. Also make sure that FBM option is available to customers so at least you don't miss out on some custom during this holiday season.
