Amazon should take unboxing video from customer for prevention of fraud customers.

I want to suggest amazon to get unboxing video from customer to avoid fake damaged return. i am observing fake customer are returning products by showing damaged product delivery received but in return, they are providing his old and used products. Some customer are changing/swapping product serial number.

Amazon ought to work with eCommerce industry for these kind of suggestion. Amazon is right platform to grow business but unethical customers are damaging our business.

i can understand that amazon are offering various program to safe guard seller but if fake customer return will high then there is a limitation of safety claim too. I hope, amazon can understand this.
