Funds reserved from months without any explanation
Hello
For some unknown reason all my funds reserved for 4 months. My account health is in good condition and we do not have any chargebacks or claims. I tried to contact the support multiple times but the only reply I receive is to wait the payments team to contact me. The payments team never contacted me. Is there any suggestions what might me the problem?
