PPC Campaign Question

I have a quick question about PPC Campaigns and am looking to see if anyone can help.
The money that you set and spend as apart of your PPC campaign, how do you pay for that??
Does the money you spend in your campaign get taken from the sales of the product? Do you pay for it externally by inserting your card details somewhere? I’m not sure.

You have the option to do either - Through your Balance or using another payment card.
Settings are controlled through Reports>Payments>Advertising Invoice History>Payment Settings
