Brand Registry 'support' closing cases automatically!
I own a brand which is registered with Brand Registry and supported by trademarks in the UK and USA. We are the only sellers, and nobody else has rights over our products. However, I am currently trying to report several marketplace violations (re. our products being hijacked by other brands) and it’s as if automated bots just shut down every case despite all the relevant info being given! Even escalating the cases is producing the same response. I won’t give up, as it is preventing us from selling our own products, but I am FURIOUS at the so-called ‘support’ being given at the moment. Is anyone else in the same position?

Are you opening cases to report them or using the official brand registry reporting channels ?

I am having the exact same problem as you. One of my ASINs has been hijacked by another brand and every case I make is being shut down with no way of speaking to any one. I have tried seller support who just send it to brand registry who shut it down with the automated message. I have tried speaking to someone at Brand Registry but you only get through the the advertising team. I have tried reporting a violation but just get the message that their is no violation with no way of reply. It is just a joke and I too am furious. Please let me know how you get on and I will update you to.
