Can't Initiate Payment and Last Payment Canceled for "Account Under Review"
Couple days ago I tried to initiate a payment from my balance, it showed £0 available to transfer which I found odd since we always have something to send. Same issue today which caused me to start digging around.
I noticed the last payment I was able to initiate now shows “Amazon has canceled your transfer of funds because your account is under review.”
I have no messages or emails about any review or suspension, nothing in performance notifications to appeal, and all metrics are solid. Using the new Amazon health score, I’m showing 332 which should be more than acceptable.
Spoke with account health and they couldn’t see any issues with the account and seller support couldn’t see anything either. Seller support went ahead and opened a case but that’s pretty much it.
Any ideas on what might be going on?

i have the same on my account, payment cancelled and placed in reserve.
i also have had no notification from performance but it looks like they have just moved me onto the reserve payments that they stated they were moving everyone onto,yet the banner vanished stating this was going to happen so i thought they had scrapped it again.
amazon for you, no thought for the sellers as is the norm
also opened a case now and its transferred to another dept

seems they have introduced this settlement date plus 7 days for you funds to be available without telling us

Has anyone got any clarification on this as it seems to have happened to me too.
Payment on the 5th cancelled and reversed now unable to make disbursements. ALso spoke with account health who also were unable to find any record of any sanctions or issues with my account . Customer services have transferred it to another team but looking at the case it doesn`t seem to be being dealt with .
