Account Deactivation for no aparent reason
Dear Amazon Team,
My account is suspended, and I am unsure why. Your representative (From UAE Marketplace) told me that it was because of my US account. Amazon US asked me for the utility bills that I provided but still my account was not activated.
This is the message I got, which is not fair. I have not violated any Amazon policy, this is just a misunderstanding
"We received your submission but we are unable to reactivate your account. Upon review of your account, we confirmed that your Amazon seller account has been used to engage in deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity that harms our customers, other selling partners, and our store."
There were no policy violations communicated to me as well. Please help in resolving this and let me know what needs to be provided from my side
My main account at all market places is "No Brainer Online" and mostly I have signed up as an individual at every market place. Only for UK I signed up as a business but with the same name and provided my business documents as well as I have registered a UK based offshore company.
My store front is same at both Amazon UAE and US, i.e. “Emaginia”, If that is the issue, I am not using Amazon US and I may close that account
I only tried Amazon US once and not even using it anymore
I have only invested in Amazon UAE and selling is UAE market only
I am not provided with any specific correct reasons and how I may fix it and messages that I am getting from Amazon, as mentioned above; are like I have committed some crime. It is very heartbreaking that Amazon is treating their new sellers this way.
I know there can be an understanding issue at our end that can be fixed with proper guidance. I just invested almost USD 5000 in my Amazon Seller account UAE, and this is what I got.
Please help me with this, for now; I am not even using any other account, only Amazon UAE.

This is the UK sellers forum, you are not talking to Amazon Seller Support on here.
Contact Seller Support on the help link above - but as this is the UK site maybe try the US/UAE sites instead?
