Deactivated Account - Please help

Hey everyone... I am a new seller producing supplements and I have created my account few months back but haven't finished the listing yet.

Today, just as I was about to finally finish the listing... they sent me an email saying that my account is deactivated due to inactivity.

I followed the exact steps they told me but still have no access.

You can see below here that they say I need to upload some documents, but I find nowhere that I am able to upload any documents. Instead, they just direct me to change my credit card... in which I already have done so.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
