Missing Items

i submitted my case regarding missing items from inbound. It's been over 20 days and Amazon has not responded to that case ID. My goods are quite expensive, and I can see with the tracking ID that Amazon lost my goods. this is my case ID ( 9935645062 )

It can take a fair while for Amazon to respond to a missing items case.

If the case is still open that is good news it means they are investigating the issue. You just need to wait until they have finished the investigation.

If they fail to reimburse or leave the case open for a long time with no response then you you can look at sending a Letter Before Action and small court claims for the missing item.

I had 250 units missing from inbound a few weeks ago and it took a week or so for them to confirm the stock was missing and pay out the money. I notice they have now found the stock so expecting them to reverse the reimbursement shortly.
