Amazon is not helping with my missing units and closed the shipment
For the shipment FBA17TX7Y33X, it contains 18 units valued at about $29,000, and shipped by Amazon Freight LTL on March 25. The status stayed at "shipped" for ages, so I opened a case on June 4. Amazon promptly asked for the BOL for further investigation. After that, Amazon just repeated that the internal team was still working on it. Additionally, I found the shipment was closed unexpectedly on June 6 with discrepancies. This doesn't make any sense to me. The freight was picked up and the BOL was signed, indicating no discrepancies at that point. How could there be a discrepancy issue if the units were never delivered to their warehouse?
When I pushed for answers, they didn’t address my actual question but instead referenced a completely different shipment that wasn't related to my issue at all. I reiterated my situation, submitted the BOL again, and this time asked for compensation for all 18 units. They opened another case to check the issue, but guess what? I’ve gotten no reply since.
Has anyone experienced this situation? I want my missing units back!!
