I am reaching out to seek assistance regarding our ongoing Brand Registry application for our brand. Our Case ID is 10485751922. Despite providing detailed evidence and making every effort to comply with Amazon’s policies, our application has been rejected multiple times.

I'm facing the same issue. I am reaching out to seek assistance regarding our ongoing Brand Registry application for our brand. Our Case ID is 10610334472. Despite providing detailed evidence and making every effort to comply with Amazon’s policies, our application has been rejected multiple times.
Even the reason is not clear. it says n' we have concluded that the “Invoice” you provided was missing, incomplete or did not satisfy the requirements to confirm brand association or ownership.
So we don't know the exact reason and Amazon is also apparently not sure about the exact reason. It could be either missing, incomplete or not fulfilling the requirement. Worst of all we don't know as to how invoice is incomplete or what are the requirements.
