Your Late Shipment Rate is 23.08%

on Sunday may 5th,I tried for the first time buying shipping for my 4 merchant fullfilled orders, from amazon shipping.

I scheduled pick up for Monday, they didn't show up.

I chatted with the team, and they scheduled for me on their end a pick up for Tuesday, They did not show up.

I opened several cases and got no where. amazon shipping don't have a drop off option.

On Wednesday I went ahead, voided the labels, And bought shipping somewhere else.

now I received this warning on my account, Your account is at risk of deactivation

Your Late Shipment Rate is 23.08%; the target is 4%.

how do I fix that ?

If you intend to use UPS and want them to pick up I would recommend choosing the weekday scheduled pickup option. Its less than $20 a week and they come each day. The driver will even let you pick the best time (within reason) for them to arrive.

If this doesnt work for you I would locate my local UPS customer center (hub) and take my outgoing each day. Most will accept packages until about 8pm.

EIther way you need a system to ensure that your packages go out on time.

"At risk of deactivation" is a warning to not mess up any more.

Make sure that everything is shipped out on time, and scanned before the "Ship By" date, and the warning will drop off your account soon. Only if you make it worse will there be problems.

And obviously, don't use Amazon Shipping again.

Hello @Seller_VCf85mqwAkfe6,

Thank you for posting your concerns with an increase to the late shipment rate.

on Sunday may 5th,I tried for the first time buying shipping for my 4 merchant fullfilled orders, from amazon shipping.

I wanted to add a quick caveat, that buy shipping does not protect against late shipped orders. It can help protect your performance surrounding Valid Tracking, A-to-Z Claims, and feedback, but not late shipment or confirmation of the orders.

I scheduled pick up for Monday, they didn't show up.

I chatted with the team, and they scheduled for me on their end a pick up for Tuesday, They did not show up.

I opened several cases and got no where. amazon shipping don't have a drop off option.

If you experience issues with the buy shipping feature or carriers, our buy shipping help page I linked above includes their email to submit feedback on the situation. This helps improve the overall experience and close any unintended gaps if identified.

On Wednesday I went ahead, voided the labels, And bought shipping somewhere else.

"At risk of deactivation" is a warning to not mess up any more.

As mentioned by @Seller_nRFmxiQg4EGrw this may just be a warning, when you navigate to the account health page, is there a submit appeal option, or does it just advise on the increased performance calculation? As they also mentioned, if this is just simply a warning, you will need to ensure moving forward that you have enough handling time to process orders and make sure they're both shipped and then confirmed by the ship by date.

how do I fix that ?

Typically, performance calculations cannot be chanced unless there was a system issue, as this situation and the dispute of these calculations exceeds my ability to offer further guidance, I have contacted our community managers to review the situation and follow up if they can provide further support. I would recommend providing any related case ID to support their research of your concerns.

The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.
