return address in Canada
Hello,
Can anyone advise what to do. We ship to Canada but do not have return address in Canada but in UK and US.
So our Canadian customers are being given refunds and they can keep the item. I need to stop this but don't know how.
Can anyone advise what to do. Royal mail does not provide tracked return for Canada. Is there a Canadian return warehouse that can receive our returns and forward them to us in UK.

I have seen lots of Amazon sellers sell in different markets who have had the same issue. They cannot return the products to their home country.
These sellers opt to dispose of the inventory and take it as a loss.
