About Product Authenticity Complaints

I procured two different creams of Anua brand from the same supplier. Violations came for both products. I appealed and sent invoices for both products. Ultimately, both invoices are from the same supplier. One product became active in the first attempt, while the other product has been receiving rejections for about two months. I am explaining the situation, but the situation remains the same. What should I do? I want to activate my listings.
