Brand Approval Issue for Old Dutch International
We are reaching out for urgent assistance regarding brand approval for Old Dutch International.
We have already submitted invoices clearly showing our purchase of products under the official brand name ODI, for which we are already approved. However, the Amazon catalog currently lists these products under the brand Old Dutch International rather than ODI, as the abbreviated brand (ODI) was not available in Amazon’s system at the time these listings were created.

I wanted to reach out to you and let you know I have escalated the many cases you have filed regarding trying to apply to sell the brand Old Dutch International. While I cannot guarantee the outcome of what you have already been told will change, it doesn't hurt to get a second opinion on this investigation.
Additionally, if you have a relationship with the brand, you can to be added as an authorized 3rd party reseller through Brand Registry (but the brand has to add you on their end). Once that has occurred you can attempt to list again and if you still have any issues reach out to Selling Partner Support letting them know you are now in the brand's Brand Registry approved list.

I just wanted to share an update that I took a look at the ASIN referenced on CASE ID 17516150621 (ASIN ending in JXTZ) and it appears you should now be able to list the product without any blockers.

Please allow up to 24 hours for the approval to process within our system. If your listings remain inactive after 24 hours, take the following steps:
- In the "Inventory" section of Seller Central, select "Manage All Inventory."
- Search for the listing or offer in question, or select "Fix Stranded Inventory."
- Edit the inactive listing or offer by updating the product information.
- Select "Save and finish."
