Issue with Variation Display on Amazon

We have created a variation connecting a Parent ASIN with its associated Child ASINs. While the Inventory tab indicates that these ASINs are properly linked as a variation, the connection does not appear on the product page, which is the most critical display area. Furthermore, upon reviewing the Variation Wizard, the Child ASINs do not appear connected to the Parent ASIN. Interestingly, each Child ASIN in the Inventory shows an associated Parent SKU. However, when Amazon Support checks these ASINs, they state that there is no assigned Parent ASIN.

We have already attempted all the methods Amazon Support suggested to resolve this, yet the issue remains unresolved. Currently, we are awaiting further investigation through Case #16550773071. While we understand that this process may take time, the delay is affecting product visibility, especially FBA items, which are not being properly shown to consumers.

If any sellers have experienced similar issues or have successfully resolved a case like this, we would greatly appreciate insights into your solution process.

We also hope Amazon can help us resolve this case quickly.
