How do we stop OTP
How do we stop OTP on our shipping computer. We have three computers we use for our one Amazon account. One to ship, one to manage and one to setup images and videos. Recently all three computers are now asking for OTP but only one phone number can be used and that is the computer person who manages the account but he is not available so we are being locked out of shipping and managing our ASINs now. how do we stop OTP? Thank you

Use an OTP app.
Amazon will no longer allow seller accounts that are not using the OTP. Too many seller accounts are still getting hacked and Amazon is tired of dealing with it.

You can try to turn off the phone number and OTP (should be the last option) from the account by going to the "Login Settings" under the little gear icon on the upper right corner in seller central.
