Size normalization is killing our business. Anyone having the similar issue?
Amazon is changing the Size attribute based on what it thinks is right. This is so called size normalization. https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/headlines.html?id=G7DDQDBKZXQGTVST&ref=nslp_at_3_G7DDQDBKZXQGTVST_en-US_ttl_rf_recent_news_4
It is killing all our listings and our business.
We sell wall art products that have sizes in 3 dimensions. (LxWxD). The normalized size only has two dimensions (LxW). Our listings got all messed up and some children listings disappeared from under the parent.
We use color_size variation so color and size are the two most important attributes that defines an ASIN. Now Amazon decided to just change the sizes and it is destroying thousands of our listings.
We sold $600k last year and are getting killed by this "size normalization".
Can anyone help? We are desperate.

We're having the same issues -- its been a big big problem. Have you found a solution to this? Were actively looking for fixes but nothing yet. Will update here if/when we do.

Hi @Seller_BBbR9Gxg5Bwyf, I'm sure you've already read through this, but just in case, here is the FAQ page for size normalization. For your issue, I'd recommend reaching out to Seller Support so your case can be reviewed! Let me know the case ID if you do so.
