As above, this is NOT support, and none of us can do anything about your verification, which I believe at the moment can take days, even weeks, as so many new sellers signing up. As long as you provide all the info they have asked for you will just need to be patient, and a word of advice. If you are planning on using FBA, then do not order or send your stock until your account is fully verified, or you will be paying storage fees from the start.
