Payment Repository Statement not matching Total Sales

It seems that the Payment Repository is not reporting all of our sales and I am unsure why or what is causing the missing sales to not show up. It is not a connector issue as Amazon shows the orders in their system being processed and shipped. However, it never shows on the Amazon settlement statement.

This has never happened before (half a month of sales missing from report) and I am unable to get any clarification or direction on what could be causing this or how to resolve.
