i keeps its saying i have sold items yet when i log in its says no account associated i have been around and around with amazon who are beyond incompetent at best

Are you sure that the sales email you posted is genuine? The reason I ask is that I have just looked at a sales email in my account and there is no 'Unsubscribe' at the end of the 'from: do-not-reply@amazon.co.uk'
Did you try to access your account from the email?

I dont understand how you are able to post and access these forums if you are not logged in correctly - and if you are logged in then you must have an account.
What do you see at top of screen? - top left should say 'Amazon seller central Europe' and beside it a white box showing your account name and country/site logged in
