Commercial Liability Insurance
Hello, the insurance I uploaded to Amazon was not accepted because the insured name did not match the legal entity provided to Amazon. I am a single member LLC and the Insurance Policy for Amazon states:
"Except for single-member LLCs, your insured name must match the “legal entity” name you provided to Amazon in your Account Info. For single member LLCs, where your legal entity name is different than the name you publicly use to identify your business (“trade name,” “doing business as,” or “DBA”), it is also acceptable for your insured name to match your trade name"
So I put my LLC name as the insured on my policy but have may actual name as the legal entity provided to Amazon. Can somebody please help me?

I have a sole member LLC. The police is owned by and says on the top line,
My Name trading as LLC name.
How does your policy read? All my legal documents read the same way.
Hopefully you purchased the insurance from a local Independent Insurance Agent who can quickly change the top line name for you.
