Hello @Seller_8XGTiXAsWcfDN,

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. It's frustrating when you can't access essential features of Seller Central due to technical problems. Let's try to troubleshoot this together.

Here are some steps you can take to resolve this issue:

1. Clear Browser Cache and Cookies:

  • In Chrome, go to Settings > Privacy and Security > Clear browsing data
  • Select 'Cached images and files' and 'Cookies and other site data'
  • Choose 'All time' for the time range and click 'Clear data'

2. Disable Extensions:

  • Some browser extensions can interfere with website functionality
  • Try disabling all extensions and see if the problem persists

3. Use Incognito Mode:

  • Open an incognito window in Chrome and log into Seller Central
  • This can help determine if it's a browser settings issue

4. Try a Different Browser:

  • If possible, test Seller Central in Firefox, to see if the issue is Chrome-specific

5. Check for Chrome Updates:

  • Even though you've updated, double-check you're on the latest version
  • Go to Chrome menu > Help > About Google Chrome

If none of these steps work:

  • Contact Amazon Seller Support: They can check if there are known issues with Seller Central compatibility with your version of Chrome
  • Provide Seller Support with details like your operating system, Chrome version, and any error messages you see

For other sellers:

  • Have you experienced similar issues with Seller Central in Chrome?
  • What solutions have worked for you when encountering browser compatibility problems?

Remember, while we can offer general troubleshooting advice here, for persistent account-specific technical issues, always reach out to Seller Support for personalized assistance.
