How about that. Do you know how to make that happen? Do you think it was Amazon who caused the problem? Well, maybe it was a competitor. who wants to hold your sales back.

Every listing has a little tab saying, "Report a Problem with this Page". Notice how the exact same wording that Amazon sent is found as a reason when clicking that tab, potentially embarrassing or offensive.

You know that Amazon always supports the buyer, and that is who the tab is supposed to be used by. Maybe unsavory competitor clicked that reason on your page, and it was instantly labeled, because that is what the tab is designed to do.

These threads are full of sellers being told their products are Hazardous when they are not, They blame Amazon too, but it is simply by using this flaw little known in the system that causes the problem.

Most likely, that is how it happened, and now you have to try and find a real human at Amazon to sort things out.

Hello @Seller_axXiDIqptPIcH- and thanks so much for posting about this issue.

I do see that further information was sent through Case 17265474381 three days ago, highlighting that products that cause harm to animals, such as shock collars, would not be eligible for coupon creation. You can read through the relevant advertising policy for further context.

I hope this helps, and thanks again for posting about this issue, though I do apologize if this wasn't the outcome sought.

Best regards,

Danny
