My account is still deactivated due to being hacked
My account was hacked a few months ago. Same time as my facebook account.
I can get in, but it has violations due to second account that someone else set up.
When i do anything, I always have to provide a OTP, so how it is possible that they allowed someone to take over my account?

Did you receive any unexpected text messages asking you for a code for something, could even be nothing to do with Amazon? You may have inadvertently given the hacker the otp code.
